is the Founder of Essential Eating, a family of green companies
including Essential Eating Sprouted Foods and Essential Eating
Lifestyle and Cooking School. She is the author of the award-winning books,
Essential Eating, A Cookbook, Essential Eating The
Digestible Diet, Essential Eating Sprouted Baking and
Essential
Environments.
As an author, a real food educator and organic chef her passion is sharing the benefits of
eating digestible food that yields improved health. Her
expertise in common-sense eating and non-toxic living makes her
a frequent radio and television guest. She is also an instructor
at the
Essential Eating Lifestyle & Cooking School.
Because her own health was restored by making better food
choices, one of them being sprouted whole grain flour, the mission of Essential Eating is to help
others improve their quality of life
through eating real food. Essential Eating Sprouted Foods
is leading the movement with their certified organic sprouted
flour mill that is setting the standard for producing superior
sprouted flour.
Janie believes that educating consumers to make better choices
will help create a more healthful
world. She is fearlessly manifesting change towards how we grow, purchase and consume food.
Before founding Essential Eating, Janie was a successful
hotelier and marketing executive developing five luxury resorts
in Southern California.
Quinn graduated from Ohio State University and attended Cornell
University School of Hotel Administration. For the last
two
decades she has studied, researched and experienced the effects of digestible
food on human health.
Quinn’s celebration of life and her vision of a healthier
community rivals her professional endeavors.
